Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACOT11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ACOT11 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher ACOT11 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACOT11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and SKCM are the cancer types where ACOT11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
