ACOT11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOT11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,249 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOT11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YLPM1, PAFAH1B2, and CREBBP. Each is linked with ACOT11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOT11-to-partner and partner-to-ACOT11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACOT11 versus YLPM1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOT11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOT11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
