ACOT11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOT11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,852 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOT11-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-42P, SH3GL1, and RNU6-633P. Each is linked with ACOT11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOT11-to-partner and partner-to-ACOT11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-42P grouped by ACOT11-low versus ACOT11-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOT11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOT11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
