ACOT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,377 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EXOC8, ACOT4, and CDC42BPB. Each is linked with ACOT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOT1-to-partner and partner-to-ACOT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
