ACOT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,831 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADAMTSL3, GPX3, and SFXN2. Each is linked with ACOT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOT1-to-partner and partner-to-ACOT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
