Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACOT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,027 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Galactolipid catabolic process, DNA ADP-ribosylation, and Glycolipid catabolic process. Each is linked with ACOT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOT1-to-partner and partner-to-ACOT1 results are reported.
