ACOD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,449 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBP1, STAT1, and GBP2. Each is linked with ACOD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOD1-to-partner and partner-to-ACOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACOD1 versus GBP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
