ACOD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDHP30, OR5D3P, and IFNA1. Each is linked with ACOD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOD1-to-partner and partner-to-ACOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDHP30 grouped by ACOD1-low versus ACOD1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
