Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,429 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACO2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of chromosome condensation, Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment, and Positive regulation of mitochondrial fusion. Each is linked with ACO2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACO2-to-partner and partner-to-ACO2 results are reported.
