ACO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACO2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,519 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARAP1, PTPN23, and GCN1. Each is linked with ACO2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACO2-to-partner and partner-to-ACO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARAP1 grouped by ACO2-low versus ACO2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
