ACNATP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACNATP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,951 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACNATP-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAAT, TRMT112P4, and FYTTD1P1. Each is linked with ACNATP in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACNATP-to-partner and partner-to-ACNATP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACNATP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACNATP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
