ACLY

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACLY mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACLY-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ERK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with ACLY in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACLY-to-partner and partner-to-ACLY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by ACLY-low versus ACLY-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACLY→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACLY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
