ACKR4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACKR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,002 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACKR4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP31, ZYX, and ANTXR1. Each is linked with ACKR4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACKR4-to-partner and partner-to-ACKR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACKR4 versus ARHGAP31 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACKR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACKR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
