ACKR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACKR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,131 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACKR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4727, LINC02438, and TRAV37. Each is linked with ACKR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACKR4-to-partner and partner-to-ACKR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4727 grouped by ACKR4-low versus ACKR4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACKR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACKR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
