ACKR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACKR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACKR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH20, SSMEM1, and PROP1. Each is linked with ACKR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACKR4-to-partner and partner-to-ACKR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDH20 grouped by ACKR4-low versus ACKR4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACKR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACKR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
