ACKR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACKR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,300 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACKR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL3A1, SERPINF1, and ACKR3_S350. Each is linked with ACKR3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACKR3-to-partner and partner-to-ACKR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACKR3 versus COL3A1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACKR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACKR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
