ACKR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACKR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,866 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACKR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBK, PPP2R2D, and BIRC5. Each is linked with ACKR3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACKR3-to-partner and partner-to-ACKR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PBK grouped by ACKR3-low versus ACKR3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACKR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACKR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
