ACKR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACKR3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACKR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a_pS318_S321, PDCD4, and TFRC. Each is linked with ACKR3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACKR3-to-partner and partner-to-ACKR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXO3a_pS318_S321 grouped by ACKR3-low versus ACKR3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACKR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACKR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
