The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher ACKR2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACKR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD, UCEC, and SARC are the cancer types where ACKR2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
