ACKR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACKR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,114 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACKR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM12_S422, CMSS1, and EFTUD2. Each is linked with ACKR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACKR2-to-partner and partner-to-ACKR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACKR2 versus RBM12_S422 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.19.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACKR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACKR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
