ACKR2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACKR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 901 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACKR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL17, SEMA3G, and CISH. Each is linked with ACKR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACKR2-to-partner and partner-to-ACKR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACKR2 versus CXCL17 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACKR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACKR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
