ACKR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACKR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,053 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACKR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ47, TMEM269, and LINC02340. Each is linked with ACKR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACKR2-to-partner and partner-to-ACKR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ47 grouped by ACKR2-low versus ACKR2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACKR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACKR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
