Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACKR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACKR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Stathmin, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with ACKR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACKR2-to-partner and partner-to-ACKR2 results are reported.
