Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACKR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,283 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACKR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral process, Phospholipid biosynthetic process, and Lysosomal lumen acidification. Each is linked with ACKR2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACKR2-to-partner and partner-to-ACKR2 results are reported.
