Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACKR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACKR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QTNF7, TRARG1, and ADGRA1. Each is linked with ACKR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACKR2-to-partner and partner-to-ACKR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1QTNF7 grouped by ACKR2-low versus ACKR2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACKR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACKR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
