Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACKR1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ACKR1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ACKR1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACKR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, STAD, and SARC are the cancer types where ACKR1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
