ACHE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACHE mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,415 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACHE-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTA2, AP3D1, and KCTD8. Each is linked with ACHE in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACHE-to-partner and partner-to-ACHE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTA2 grouped by ACHE-low versus ACHE-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACHE→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACHE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
