ACE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,930 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACE2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LMO7_S652, PUDP, and MCCC2. Each is linked with ACE2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACE2-to-partner and partner-to-ACE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACE2 versus LMO7_S652 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
