ACE2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACE2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,914 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LPIN3, SFR1, and LINC02747. Each is linked with ACE2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACE2-to-partner and partner-to-ACE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACE2 versus LPIN3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
