ACE2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACE2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,641 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACE2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APC_S2260, ACSS2, and SLC25A15. Each is linked with ACE2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACE2-to-partner and partner-to-ACE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACE2 versus APC_S2260 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
