ACE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,206 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGN2P32, SSXP9, and RPS26P30. Each is linked with ACE2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACE2-to-partner and partner-to-ACE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGN2P32 grouped by ACE2-low versus ACE2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
