ACE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,915 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTSZ, PECAM1, and ZEB2. Each is linked with ACE in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACE-to-partner and partner-to-ACE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACE versus CTSZ in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACE→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
