ACE

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACE protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,704 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACE-associated genes across cancer lineages are VSIG4, ACP5, and LILRB5. Each is linked with ACE in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACE-to-partner and partner-to-ACE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACE versus VSIG4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACE→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
