ACE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,815 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACE-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNL1, GOT1, and AFG3L2. Each is linked with ACE in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACE-to-partner and partner-to-ACE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXNL1 grouped by ACE-low versus ACE-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACE→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
