ACE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACE mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACE-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, C-Raf, and FASN. Each is linked with ACE in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACE-to-partner and partner-to-ACE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Met_pY1235 grouped by ACE-low versus ACE-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACE→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
