ACE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 949 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACE-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP4R3A, ADNP2, and SEMA3G. Each is linked with ACE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACE-to-partner and partner-to-ACE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP4R3A grouped by ACE-low versus ACE-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACE→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
