Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACD mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ACD data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ACD mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACD expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC and PDAC show a favorable association.

UCEC, HNSC, and LSCC are the cancer types where ACD mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
