Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,859 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACD-associated genes across cancer lineages are NME2P2, FGF1, and RIT1. Each is linked with ACD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACD-to-partner and partner-to-ACD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACD versus NME2P2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
