Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,171 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACD-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, GSTA6P, and BCCIP. Each is linked with ACD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACD-to-partner and partner-to-ACD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA2 grouped by ACD-low versus ACD-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
