Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,517 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of establishment of protein localization to chromosome, Regulation of establishment of protein localization to telomere, and Cell cycle DNA replication initiation. Each is linked with ACD in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACD-to-partner and partner-to-ACD results are reported.
