Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 243 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACD-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR101, GZMK, and C20orf173. Each is linked with ACD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACD-to-partner and partner-to-ACD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR101 grouped by ACD-low versus ACD-high in OESOPHAGUS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
