ACCS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACCS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,562 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACCS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPX2_S738, SPAG9_S332, and FAM172A. Each is linked with ACCS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACCS-to-partner and partner-to-ACCS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACCS versus TPX2_S738 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACCS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACCS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
