ACCS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACCS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,501 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACCS-associated genes across cancer lineages are NRXN2-AS1, CYB5D1, and CD40. Each is linked with ACCS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACCS-to-partner and partner-to-ACCS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACCS versus NRXN2-AS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACCS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACCS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
