ACCS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACCS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,658 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACCS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6894, MIR6853, and OR2U1P. Each is linked with ACCS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACCS-to-partner and partner-to-ACCS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6894 grouped by ACCS-low versus ACCS-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACCS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACCS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
