ACCS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACCS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACCS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTRNR2L10, GSG1L2, and CFHR1. Each is linked with ACCS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACCS-to-partner and partner-to-ACCS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTRNR2L10 grouped by ACCS-low versus ACCS-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACCS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACCS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
