ACBD7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACBD7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,635 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACBD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNFT2, SEPHS1, and SCML2. Each is linked with ACBD7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACBD7-to-partner and partner-to-ACBD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACBD7 versus RNFT2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACBD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACBD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
