Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACBD6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ACBD6 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher ACBD6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACBD6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC, COAD, and ACC are the cancer types where ACBD6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
