Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACBD5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 33,946 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACBD5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB18, ACBD5_S418, and ABCD3. Each is linked with ACBD5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACBD5-to-partner and partner-to-ACBD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACBD5 versus RAB18 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACBD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACBD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
