ACBD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACBD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,926 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACBD5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Receptor metabolic process, Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation, and Regulation of protein K48-linked deubiquitination. Each is linked with ACBD5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACBD5-to-partner and partner-to-ACBD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Receptor metabolic process grouped by ACBD5-low versus ACBD5-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACBD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACBD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
