ACBD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACBD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,458 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACBD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSTD1, NCAPD2, and UBTF. Each is linked with ACBD4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACBD4-to-partner and partner-to-ACBD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACBD4 versus TSTD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACBD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACBD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
